Ball Up is a basketball app that lets you find courts, check in, build a player card, and play. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account info. When you create an account, we store your email address and the profile details you choose (like your player name and card).
Location. With your permission, we use your device location to show courts near you, place court pins on the map, and verify court check-ins. Location is used while you're using the app and is not tracked in the background.
Photos and camera. With your permission, we access photos you select to create your player card portrait, and the camera and microphone when you capture basketball clips. We only access what you choose to share.
Gameplay data. Check-ins, games, card progress, and similar in-app activity are stored so the app works across sessions.
We don't sell your data. We don't show third-party ads. We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the United States.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Ball Up is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
